📦 Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
- Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
🔁 Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong items
- Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
🚚 Katrinch Express (Nigeria Orders)
- Eligible for return if item is defective or incorrect
- Return request must be made within 48 hours
🌍 Global Deals (International Orders)
- Due to international shipping, returns are limited
- Refunds may be issued without requiring item return depending on the case
💰 Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
⚠️ Important Notes
- We do not accept returns for change of mind
- Delivery fees are non-refundable
